• PT Shift Lead (18 years old+ ONLY)
SCOOPS SHIFT LEAD POSITION:
Position: Shift Lead
Location: Scoops on Main, LANCASTER, NH
Job Type: Part-time & Seasonal (20-30 hours- more hours available if available and desired)
*This is a TIPPED WAGE job-STARTING pay is $13-14/hour PLUS cash and credit card tips based on experience!
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a responsible and energetic Shift Lead to help manage daily operations and support our team of young employees. As a Shift Lead, you’ll ensure smooth service, provide great customer experiences, and safety with In our shop.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee shifts and assist with daily operations.
• Support and guide a team of youth employees, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any issues that arise.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory checks.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop.
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and friendly attitude.
• Can be on their feet for long periods of time and work in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
• Previous leadership or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work well with with other and our younger employees.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and time management.
• Loves ice cream
